Amazing Beach House

Thank you for letting us stay in your fabulous beach house. Spotlessly clean, loved the beach themed decorations in every room. Me, mum and my little doggie had a fabulous holiday.
Everything you need is there, comfy beds and even decent knives that are sharp in the kitchen which is very rare.
Thank you for the smashing welcome pack. Contact with the owner was a breeze, very polite, helpful and responsive.
We would love to return, we miss the views and sound of the ocean.

We had a wonderful stay while visiting family in H'pool.

The cottage was perfect, gorgeous views and lovely walks. It was so well equipped, decorated and comfortable. Thank you for the welcome treats. We can’t wait to come back. Next time we will book direct as Sykes cottages was difficult to work with over seas.

It has been a delight staying here. Decor is brilliant. Everything worked perfectly. The kitchen is a delight very well equipped. We have family at Hartlepool both Athlmas and we have previously lived here. Thank you for the welcoming gifts, very good idea. Thank you very much.

The house is perfect, so close to the beach and very well equipped with cooking paraphernalia.
We were able to cook many meals here, which is a rarity in holiday lets.

A home from home. Thankyou for the very generous welcome pack. We loved walks straight from the house and visits to other towns along the coast. Certainly a place we will recommend to others. We love the East Coast and this is a perfect house from which to explore it. 🙂

The house is in a superb location we felt at home immediately.

We were visiting family and friends as I (Linda) was born on the Headland (left in 1989.) The house is in a superb location we felt at home immediately. We loved the coastal design of the house the amazing view from the bedroom window. We took a walk along to Spion Kop clambered down the hill to walk to Steetly Bridge which was a area I recall from my childhood. Thank you for the welcome gift it was a lovely thought. Looking forward to stay again next year.
